Greetings Doves,

     Moses' staff was the staff given to Adam (by Yeshua - YHVH), to patrol (in a military sence) the Garden of Eden. On Adam's staff YHVH was inccribed; this was his authority over satan.

     Scripture tells us that Moses' (Aaron's) staff became a serpent and consumed those of Pharoh's warlocks Jannes and Jambres. This is the prototype of Yeshua bearing our sins (typed as serpents) in His flesh.

     The cross of the crucifixion, bore the superscription plaque that was acrostic for YHVH -- Yeshua Hanazaret Vemelek Hayeduhim. When the Sanhedrin saw the YHVH on the plaque, they immediately went to Pilate to demand its removal. Pilate refused to alter the wording -- 'what I have written, I have written'.

     Later, Moses: Numbers 21:9 - And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived."

     Scripture says that Yeshua was so disfigured (at the crucifixion), He no longer had the appearance of a man. When a person is filled with unclean spirits, their body literally and physically alters its appearance. Thus Yeshua, in literally bearing our sins (serpents - unclean spirits) in His flesh, appeared to the onlookers as a serpent. Thus the prototype used by Moses carries literally thru to the teleotype (Messiah).
