I think rebuking the hurricane is silly. God sends it
for a reason, should we rebuke God?

Paul didn't rebuke the wind and waves when he was
caught in a storm - he just prayed, and God granted
his life, and for his sake, also the lives of all on
board.

I pray that God will preserve the lives of his elect
in the midst of the storm, and for their sakes, also
the lives of their neighbors; and may the wicked see
the utter destruction, that they should fear God, and
repent.
