RE: Kay & Alan "... let's count the days correctly"

Blessings,

I totally agree with both of you. When dealing with God's calendar, you must approach it according to God's directions. With that in mind, the entire calendar year begins according to the ripening of the barley harvest (abib). And that would put all of the Fall Feasts in September and not October this year. Let's not follow the traditions of man, or pick and choose our directions from God

I personally believe that God's Feasts (appointed times) are very significant in the interpretation of the latter-day prophecies. I also believe that there should be some consideration to Satans calendar also, because he will be allowed his counterfeits. We should witness significant prophetic fulfillment on both calendars.

Here's something to consider, and I would appreciate anyone's insight. Yeshua/Jesus is the fulfillment of all prophecy. I believe that he would have partook of the Passover feast, at the proper time. And yet, the local religious leaders, were celebrating the Passover feast a day later. Now Jesus criticized these leaders concerning their, "traditions of men which make the Law of God of no effect." Did Jesus keep the Feast according to God's calendar, but was sacrificed on man's calendar? Any thoughts or explanations?

Shalom, John
