Trumpet and Shofar Blasts

“As an expression of the feeling of great joy which reverberated through the congregation on account of the opportunity to fulfill the will of G-d through this precept, the bringing of these branches each day and their arrangement along the altar was accompanied by trumpet-blasts and the sounding of the shofar by the priests and levites....”

Now, unexpected, just this morning again I heard the sirens trumpeting from the railway line here at our place.... the workers did continue repairing... (Yes it is Feast of Tabernacle time and the shofar has to sound....)

however!!! all at once there was “silence”... and then we heard sirens from rescue teams and police and a helicopter came... a tragic accident did happen when a freight train passed ...  (I do not have more informations.... may our Lord help and save and heal...)
