I don't believe Bin Laden is at all impressed with Jewish and Christian
prophecy. We do know, however, that he is a numerological poet (refer to the
911 days from 9-11-2001 to 3-11-2004) and that he has a Mohammad complex.
Jay, pay attention. I'm about to make this thread even more disturbing.

In looking for pointers and indicators regarding possible next moves by Bin
Laden and Al Qaida, there is no richer source than the Hegira calendar. It
is a strictly lunar calendar having 19 years of 354 days and 11 years of 355
days. The 9th month is Ramadan. Store all those facts in your head and refer
to the calendar converter here to confirm the conversions I cite below.
Notice the converter is laid out as dd-mm-yyyy, not mm-dd-yyyy, the format
we are accustomed to and the one I will use going forward.

Pointer #1: The current Islamic year is 1426. There are 1426 days from
9-11-2001 to 8-6-2005, the 60th annivesary of Hiroshima. See my site for a
detailed presentation.

Pointer #2: Bin Laden has referred to the US as Hubal, the great idol that
Mohammad destroyed upon his conquest of Mecca in 630. His Mohammad complex
is driving him to do the same to us. 9-11-2005 was the 4th anniversary of
9-11. Using the following calculation, this Ramadan is the approximate 4th
"grand" year (day for a year, base Hegira) since Mohammad's march on Mecca:

1426 minus 8 (the year Mohammad entered Mecca) yields 1418 Hegira years.
1418 divided by 354.38 days/year yields 4.00135 grand years, or about as
close to 4 as it will ever come.

Friends, here is how Ramadan played out in 8 AH/630 AD: Mohammad left
Medina, where he had been living in exile for eight years (roughly the same
amount of time Bin Laden has been hiding out in Afghanistan), on 10 Ramadan.
He marched into Mecca on 20 Ramadan. In a few days, he destroyed 360 or so
idols in the Kaba -- the last and greatest of them was Hubal.

That would translate to, let's see... October 14 and October 24.

Pointer #3: 10-14-2005 equals 9-11-1426

Remember that 1 AH = 622 AD and 8 AH = 630 AD. For pointers 4 and 5, refer
back to pointer #1.

Pointer #4: 9-11-2001 equals 6-22-1422

Pointer #5: 8-6-2005 equals 7-1-1426, although if you reverse convert
6-30-1426, you arrive at 8-6-2005 as well.

If we get through October without a serious incident, I promise I'll give up
looking for this stuff.
