TO JOHN CLARK RE: OWLS AND IRAQThank you John for your continued attention to my son's dream. I was thinking the other day, that the tired and scruffy Sadam Hussein went up the stairs to "retire", after which the birds came flying out of their confinement. They were HUGE birds.
The Rodney Dangerfield, tired and scruffy, who gets no respect---could this be the "retirement" of his whole regime, with the acceptance of this new constitution? The birds had been heretofore "confined" - their flying out the front door somehow represents "freedom from bondage" or confinement. And I cannot put aside my connecting of the word "raptor" with "rapture", and Jesus saying that the "eagles" (raptors, in the Greek), would fly to the "body" (His Body?). This event of the freeing of the birds, follows closely upon the "retirement" of Sadam Hussein, or all that his government to the people of Iraq. (the acceptance of this new constitution?)
And, John, what can you see about my son's activity of steam cleaning the carpet in the palace of Sadam? Is the "cleaning up" of the governmental chaos over there? For he was cleaning the very stairs which Sadam went up to "retire".
He is in Iraq now,,,,,and of course I just worry myself to death over him. But this dream is so unusual and God-given, to a would-be soldier who didn't even know he would be in Iraq ! Let alone Mosul, where there is a palace of Sadam's. Let alone, being in the 101st Airborne, which by the way are called the 'SCREAMING EAGLES" for crying out loud.
So MUCH appreciate your thoughts and continued prayers for this lad.................................YSIC Arlene
