Netanyahu, rebel ministers: We'll quit if referendum not called

Former premier Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday night threatened to resign in two weeks along with three other Likud ministers if Sharon fails to heed a National Religious Party demand for a national referendum on the disengagement.
 

....Netanyahu announced at an impromptu press conference that he, Livnat, Naveh and Katz would submit their resignations if within the 14 days given to him by the NRP the prime minister
