The debates have clarified a vast difference between President Bush and John Kerry.

The Senator vows not to appoint any judge who disagrees with a Constitutional right to an abortion.

Yet any judge who believes that is willing to deny the written text and supplant law with his own personal views.

If John Kerry is elected President, he'll name judges-including expected vacancies on the Supreme Court-who are committed to methods of loose interpretation that will make a hash of our written law and also impose predictably liberal views upon the country.

You could fairly expect a Kerry Supreme Court, for example, to declare a constitutional right to same-sex marriage.

President Bush, by contrast, vows to appoint judges who will strictly interpret the law.

The right choice on November 2 could not be any clearer.
