"chin up Clay, you have great
input."
i have a pal i exchange ideas with, and
we toss these ideas too and fro, yet, if they were written in a public
forum, we would get poo poo-ed and banned from forums for being weird and
out there sometimes.
We learn so much this way, as we are never ''offended''
at each other 's idea, , that seems unusual at the time.
To study to be approved means to look at all angles
of a subject, and see which one testifies to the Truth and when it is found,
abide with the wisdom of that finding.
You are simply tossing ideas and thoughts around
as you study this massive subject,[ no worries about that, ]but, when you
have your answer.. then that is the truth of your finding.
The Holy Spirit ..leads.... us into His truth and
leading is not always translated as knowing immediately the right way.
leading is a progressive doing word...
as example..
i was tossing this thought at her yesterday..
bear with me please on this~!
the Overcomers in each of the 7 churches in revelation
[ rev. chapt. 2/3] are given their rewards.
each one is itemized
I was looking at this and in Laodicea i saw that
there were OVERCOMERS, who would rule with Christ upon His throne.
This reward was not given to the other 6 church
overcomes, but different rewards were mentioned for them.
Laodicea is the end time church we are told and
if we look at their sins, they do seem to match up, today with the visible
church.
So, Jesus mentions He is outside this church, which
He says is wretched, naked, miserable, blind etc and these church people
need to do 3 things to OVERCOME this wretched position Jesus was describing.
IF they do these 3 things, and Overcome this state,
they THEN SHALL sit with Him, on that Throne.
but what are the 3 things needed to overcome being
wretched, miserable, naked and blind....
well, a saint best find out, for unless they do,
they will not get to be an Overcomer nor sit with Christ.
i leave this for consideration only...perhaps more
dots need to be connected... but all bible learning is a process. amen
your friend in Christ
