Chairman Arafat personifies a leader which epitomizes hatred towards Israel.   As a single human,  he has survived through the years to this point in history where God now hangs his existence in  the scheme of world events.  When he is removed, someone or some group will have to absorb all that hatred.  That hatred will no doubt be manifest by attacks against both Israel and the US.  I could see major attacks occuring, much larger in scope than 911, since we have recently heard 2 recent videotapes purporting such things.  These attacks will do several things; cause more people to seek the Truth and turn to God once and for all, and allow for a new leader to emerge to broker peace to the world.  After the attacks and before the leader emerges would be the prime time for the Rapture to occur.
 
The day is drawing near, and, as stated in Matt. 24:44 "For this reason you must also be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think he will."
 
Pray for the lost, that they may find the Lord.
