"Bush empty pew, New Republic"
This was interesting info. The New Republic,
to those who do not know, is definitely no a conservative or Republican
leaning publication. The big George Soros ad ought to be a clue. He is
a billionaire spending his fortune on defeating Bush. So the article is
slanted,. but there are some interesting comments.
We can see that it obviously does not matter how much
you attend church if your beliefs and the things you do are contrary to
the gospel. Bill Clinton attended a lot of church and most of you know
his story. Jimmy Carter taught Sunday school yet he backs atheistic dictators
like Castro and is on the wrong side of the issue biblically in many moral
areas.
So Bush doesn't go to church much. Well I am not excusing
that but I have to choose who I will support on where they stand on biblical
moral issues and how they live.
A man may have his faults but he who chooses to uphold
Godly moral laws in spite of public opinion will get my vote.
God bless
