"Christopher Reeve's Religious Beliefs (How Tragic)"

At the very end of this article called Reeve doubted Embryonic Stem-Cell Research
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=40887 are Christopher Reeve's religious beliefs.  He said, "The Unitarian God is not a God of vengeance. And that is something I can appreciate."  How tragic that he didn't believe the Bible and what it shows about the Lord's vengeance in the book of Revelation and how unbelievers end up in the lake of fire.  "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. (Romans 12:19).  2 Thess. 1:7-8 says, "And to you are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels: In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of our Lord and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all of them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day." Other NT scripture verses about the Lord's vengeance can be found in Luke 21:22, Romans 3:5, Hebrews 10:30, & Jude 7.  The Reader's Digest Interview with Christopher Reeve, which was in their October 2004 issue, is here at http://www.rd.com/content/openContent.do?contentId=13712
