I've been reading disturbing accounts of how some, i.e. Mrs. Edwards, are
infering that if Kerry doesn't win there will be riots.  Some
writers/speakers are also bringing up the possibility of civil war occuring
after the elections!

How many times have you experienced it that first is the idea, then the talk,
then the act?

Over the course of 228 years this experiment of human governance has also gone
horribly wrong.
