""A Web of Relationships" / Re: Decision"

John:

I'm sure writing what you did in your post entitled "Decision"
was NOT easy.  I have said before that your job it NOT an
easy one.

I almost NEVER read a daily devotional.  I prefer to read
my One Year Bible of that day.  This morning, for some
reason, I felt led to read the 9/29 devotional from Our Daily
Bread which I used to give out when I was working for a
hospice here in Mississippi.  It's interesting that, in the
title, the word "WEB" is being used:

When I read this, I thought about ALL of us...because we
REALLY DO need to try harder to accept one another IN
LOVE...and I am the first to admit that I don't always do that.

I complained to God about my church and how they WILL
NOT LISTEN and are NOT INTERESTED in the prophetic
angle but then I read something yesterday in my One Year
Bible that seemed to be directing my thoughts / attention
in a DIFFERENT course.  The whole New Testament reading
from September 30 (Philippians 1:27-2:18) seems to "speak"
to this but at the HEART are these verses:

Philippians 2
Imitating Christ's Humility
1 If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ,
if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit,
if any tenderness and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete
by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and
purpose.  3Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but IN
HUMILITY CONSIDER OTHERS BETTER THAN YOURSELVES.
4 EACH OF YOU SHOULD LOOK NO ONLY TO YOUR OWN
INTERESTS, BUT ALSO TO THE INTERESTS OF OTHERS.

FOR "WHOMEVER" and for ALL OF US!!!

Thanks, Calvin. God has very high hopes of each of us just as parents

have very high hopes of their children. Can you fancy yourself like
the Lord Jesus? Nah, no way!
