WHAT IS MISSING FROM THE BOOK OF REVELATION ?
"The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which GOD GAVE HIM TO SHOW His servants --things which must shortly take place."
What is glaringly missing from the 'Revelation of Jesus Christ' is the fact that there is NO MENTION of a seven-year period-of-time, for any reason whatsoever, in the end-of-days scenario that is REVEALED to us, 'His servants", in the Book of Revelation.
My understanding of the use of the word shortly in Rev.1:1 simply means that once the day of fulfillment comes, there will be no delay in its execution. But I am puzzled by the fact there is no mention whatsoever of a seven-year time period in the Book of Revelation.
Why would God not reveal to His servants a seven-year period-of-time in the end-of-days scenario if there is one? The only reason I can come up with is there isnít one.
Can anyone point me to a scripture where a historical time-period was determined by God and that time-period was not continuous from the beginning to end?
