Israel, Iran & Gog - The Shaking of the Earth

In Ezekiel 38 we read about the War of Gog and Magog, where Russia, Iran and an alliance of Middle Easter nations attack Israel. Iran is currently attacking Israel through various terrorist organizations. Beersheba, Ashkelon, Ashdod and Sderot are under a missile attack from Gaza. Israel's defense weapon called the Iron Dome is not successfully intercepting the missiles. Either the Iron Dome is not functioning properly or as the IDF has suggested, it has been disarmed by Iranian specialist officers.

A number of intelligence agencies believe that US and/or Israel military strike against Iran is in the works. A massive Russian-Central Asian military exercise simulating Iranian retaliation for a hypothetical strike on US-owned Caspian oil fields is being carried out. From a prophetic perspective, two of the most important nations in Ezekiel 38, Russia and Iran are maneuvering against Israel

 

 response, Israel will launch an air strike of Iranian nuclear facilities and end ships in to the Persian Gulf. The Caspian Sea and Persian Gulf areas are the major distribution point for oil from Siberia and Iran to sell to Europe

 

The idea that Gog is a demonic being that rules other demons fits in line with the Apostle Paul's warning us in Ephesians Chapter 6, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers. The dark unseen forces of wickedness in heavenly places." Christians and the church are not fighting people, governments and human groups. These things maybe used by Satan, but our real opponents are demonic. That is why in order to see God's power move in your nation and around the world. We must learn how to use spiritual weapons.

When we stop thinking about spiritual weapons as some kind of religious ritual and understand that God has given us highly advanced weapons that work in the dimension of time and outside of time. Quantum Physics and String Theory give us a brief glimpse of the multi-dimensional nature of the universe, which would include the seventh heaven the Bible talks about. When we use spiritual weapons, not only are we being obedient to God, but we are using weapons that have the power to destroy the works of darkness in the earth and in the spiritual world. Remember, what we see good or bad, all around us originates out of parallel universe or spiritual world.

We cannot just gloss over the point! We really need to study and meditate in God's Word until it becomes revealed truth to us. In other words, we must master the subject which is the Word of God.

Enoch being raptured from the Earth, Elisha having his spiritual eyes opened to see the hills filled with chariots of fire, which allowed him to see into the armies of God in the invisible realm. God parting the Red Sea through Moses, manna coming from heaven, the children of Israel being guided by fire by night and a cloud by day, David rejecting Saul's earthly armor and killing the Nephilim Goliath, while saying under the anointing of the Spirit of God, "How dare you defy the armies of the living God?" are just a few of the supernatural exploits of God's people as they operated in a parallel universe through the spiritual weapons God gave them. The Virgin Birth, the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the miracle of Jesus and the apostles, the supernatural defense of Israel in Ezekiel 38 and the supernatural warfare that happens in the Book of Revelation, beginning with the prophecy of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit by the prophet Joel and repeated by Peter in Acts Chapter 2, all indicate the reality of the supernatural. Spiritual warfare, multi-dimensional warfare, including the military operations of a supernatural being called Gog.

Tragically, much of the modern church has been seduced into engaging evil on a human and physical level. The supernatural power of the individual Christian and church is unleashed through reliance on the power of God!

For example we face economic, political and moral crisis in our nations and families. God is not asking us to ignore practical realities, but is the supernatural power of God that can transform nations and people. On a personal level, you maybe be facing all kinds of economic, survival, relational and health problems. You may be struggling with temptations that you cannot overcome by your own strength. But, by opening yourself up to the supernatural power of God by claiming the promises of God by faith can transform your reality and collective reality. Again, that does not mean you do not use your intellect, spiritual and natural gifts, wisdom, knowledge, training and education. Throughout history Christians, unlike Jews, have continually constructed an artificial duality between the spiritual and the physical world. There can be no duality, because there is only one world which encompasses many dimensions and categories. The key is to exercise Biblical stewardship or management, which is what Adam and Eve did before the Fall. Notice that with prophecy being fulfilled with Israel and the Middle East, Israel is using military science, political strategy and technology.

In reading Ezekiel 38 & 39 we read about Gog, my friend Identity of Gog from Chuck Missler in his book the" Magog Invasion," explains that God is demonic king. In the following verses, we see references to locusts as being demons and these demons have a king over them. In the passages below we read about a specific demonic king named Gog:

Amos 7:1 (LXX: Septuagint which translated the verse correctly)

Thus the Lord showed me, and behold a swarm of locusts were coming, and, behold, one of the young devastating locusts was Gog, the king.

The cause of the difference is in the translation results from a little mark from the original that was overlooked.

Revelation 9:11 (KJV)

And [the locusts] had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

Gog is therefore a demonic king who isn't limited in lifespan by time.

Ezekiel 39:1-16
Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD. And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD. So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel. Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord GOD; this is the day whereof I have spoken. And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years: So that they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord GOD. And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they shall call it The valley of Hamongog. And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land. Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord GOD. And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search. And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog. And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.

Ezekiel 39:21-29
And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them. So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward. And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword. According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name; After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid. When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations; Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there. Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

God fulfills His covenant with Abraham. Cleary, God is not finished with the nation of Israel. Israel's Messiah will return and the true new world order, the Millennium will begin along with the New Heaven, New Earth and the New Jerusalem. The current new world order is a Satanic counterfeit of the Kingdom of Heaven. God is temporarily allowing the Luciferian new world order to rise, but God will judge and destroy it. The coming global economic system run by the False Prophet, where no one can buy or sell without the mark of the beast, will be destroyed by God. There are many in financial, political and scientific elite who have allied themselves with Lucifer. All of those who join them by accepting the mark of the beast will be judged by God at the Great White Throne of Judgment.

^"And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh."

Revelation 19:19-22

Satan, the Antichrist, the False Prophet, who are the unholy Trinity, will be locked in some kind of dimensional portal described as the lake of fire burning with brimstone for all eternity, along with all those who choose to follow them. In addition, to ordinary people who make this tragic choice, there will be many of the richest, influential and powerful people on earth that will be sentenced there. When the church does not communicate this reality, it is failing to warn people of the eternal consequences of rebellion from God, that is not love! That is false teaching
