Yeshua said the following

    "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation...
    let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains" (Matt 24:15-16)

So when He said,

"pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day" (Matt 24:20)
 
"Your flight" refers to fleeing to the mountains, not some sort of rapture.  He's talking about what YOU have control over - the decision to leave society and go into the wilderness.
