There is scripture in Jeremiah, the last 2 chapters, that describe all the events surrounding the demise of the old Babylon
But many of us believe it is also the last days Babylon which is in another place
 
One scripture in particular relates to foreigners going back to their own country
I live in an orchard area and most of the workers are from Mexico.
This year they were not able to get enough workers so they started using prisoners.
 
I noticed in the statistics that the amount of illegals entering into this country is now the same amount leaving.
Were it was always many more coming then leaving
 
What will next year bring, especially if the economy falls
To me this is the beginning of the fulfillment of this scripture
 
 
 Jeremiah 51
  2 And I will send winnowers to Babylon,
Who shall winnow her and empty her land.
 
9 We would have healed Babylon,
But she is not healed.
Forsake her, and let us go everyone to his own country;
For her judgment reaches to heaven and is lifted up to the skies.
