Dear John, many people on 5Doves may need a little history on why I am seeing visions and how I was raised.  Here is a little insight on how my mother thinks.  I have typed up her poems she writes to me over the years.  Time is short and I want to share so much love of the Lord with the saints that I can before the Rapture.

Music is best when sung from the heart

In all of our lives music plays a big part

Happiness and music go hand in hand

When singing Psalms, joy we understand

Gifts of Thanksgiving to Him we bring

A gifted voice we do not need

A happy heart the Lord will heed

And together, God's peace we will see

To say hello, I wish you were near

You both are thoughtful and kind

For keeping thoughts of me in your mind

I appreciate your loving offer to move in with you

In your house that is brand new

On your friendship I would not like to impose

While I write the books that I must compose

Our lives are held in the palm of God's hand

Even if the circumstances we fail to understand

Thank you for the offer as a sign of your love

I am praying and seeking God's wisdom to rain down from above

For the present time I must remain in my own home

My health will not allow me the freedom to roam

I'm sorry you had to postpone your plans

But you are always surrounded by your family who are your biggest fans

Money difficulties have weighed heavy on your mind

Things balance out when God's will you find

If money controls the essence of your life

Then every area is filled with pain and strife

Let God have complete charge

And you'll find peace whether problems are small or large

Ask God's advice on what to do

And know in your heart that He loves you

Ghosts and goblins we do not fear

Because God's protection is in our life

He eases our fear, stress and strife

While little trick-or-treaters cry boo-oo

We celebrate Fall and take time to renew

To the Creator we offer a thankful heart

For everyday can be a new start

Asking for treats by walking door to door

Little tykes dressed in masquerade

Their precious faces who can trade

When dressed not in evil but something fun

Allowing children in the neighborhood to run

Parents meeting neighbors making new friends

Setting new standards and setting new trends

Whether the night is cool or warm

We want our children to be safe from harm

A party where bones may rattle and ghosts may moan

A celebration is definitely going on in my home

Decorating the front of the entrance halls

Making caramel apples and popcorn balls

Cooking our favorite menu of chili or beef stew

Enjoying the times that are so few

Sipping hot cider, cocoa or tea

While our little babies sit upon our knee

Halloween like other holidays is a special time

For us to interact with love ones rests easy on our mind

Halloween need not be a pagan day of tribute

To God and family a tradition we can institute

Writing our own type of family play

In the future about us what will our descendants relay

Playing dress up of a person of a past villain or hero

Like Benjamin Franklin or Emperor Nero

Acting like characters in history what will we teach and say

But it will teach us character through their lives we portray

Children acting a part and wearing a mask

In their innocence and love for a time we bask

We can make holidays a blessing or a nightmare

We can look upon smiling faces or a blank stare

The memories of these days will never fade

Munching on goodies Mommy and Daddy made

Youngsters and parents having fun

While eating hotdogs and hamburgers in a bun

Too much candy may not be good

But children with overzealous taste buds is understood

For Halloween we choose to celebrate Satan's evil or God's glory

By honoring witches and vampires or by sharing a Bible story

To my family I want to say

Have a very Happy Holiday

And between you and Christ past hurts revealed

Responsibility to Christ in service learned at this age

Will lead to future happiness as you turn to the next page

God as the desire of your heart

A beautiful savor to The Almighty whose love runs deep

Enjoy the life God has blessed you with everyday

Bring your good deeds in faith to the Lord and say

I love You not only in Heaven but also today

The godly work for it is written, work for the coming night

If God is leading you to a career then do not fight

The Holy Spirit's plan to be a light to those around you

For the years of live to be a witness of eternity are but in fact few

It is difficult to balance the modern daily life

As a career woman, friend, mother and wife

In the daily schedule of the world's activity where does the real you fit in

Are your thoughts quieted by worship to God or does the world storm your soul from within

Combining a modern career with the Biblical way of life is very difficult

Something or someone will be pushed aside what will be the result

When all is said and done what did your career bring

Will it fill your heart with gladness will your soul sing

With joy from the Savior saying, Well done

Or were your days filled with thoughts of selfish fun

A career for earthly riches contradicts

Everything the Bible stands for and God's spiritual blessing you'll restrict

A life of service to God may not be

Rewarded with earthly riches but of selfishness you can be free

Thrills of earthly desire cannot compare

To the beauty of God's face and His love so rare

The astute person realizes the way to Heaven is hidden

Only God can reveal the Son so that they may enter the place where sin is forbidden

Life lived in selfish vanity nullifies God's promise of peace

Whereas giving and sharing your joy will increase

A godly example of goodness your children must see

While young and sitting upon Mother and Father's knee

They will copy in their soul's behavior that is seen or directed towards them

What they hear and come in contact with should not be based upon a whim

But thought out carefully with the Savior in mind

Jesus Christ's Spirit guiding so your child will find

The right path with knowledge in the future for good

Otherwise the choice between Jesus and Satan will not be understood

The joy of seeing your little children with a smile

Will be worth going the extra long mile

Graciousness of spirit helps others confess their sin

For kindness by actions God convicts a heart from within

Angry words can wound or heal

But a wrathful heart must be repented of when in prayer you kneel

For God rebukes the angry or proud of heart

Anger, jealousy and pride will pull the spirit apart

Christ must mend His own heart when wounded by human sin

Therefore the requirements of His laws of repentance were instituted to heal deep within

The friendship of Christ is a blessed thing

As gifts of love to Him we bring

With days of grace praising God for all He is due

God is the gift we all need

Gifts of goodness given and received should be praised to God, heavenlyward resounding

With guidance from the Holy Lord within a loving heart

As the Lord's Holy Spirit surrounds us as believers

To the Earth God brought His abundant love

From His glorious and beautiful heavenly home above

A little boy sharing God's salvation and light

Today is another birthday and you turn two

Playing, running, there are so many things to do

I hope today the sun will shine

So you can play outside in weather that is fine

Learning to garden is especially fun

Watching God's plants grow outside in His sun

I pray you will learn the gift of growing a plant from a single seed

The joy of growing food your family you can feed

As you toil in the soil you should whistle a tune

And your little seed will germinate with the darkness of the moon

Working with the Lord is a very good thing

It brings peace to the mind and you soul will sing

You are God's helper and the days that you will live

Birthdays are a time for reflective thought and a time to renew

Goals for spiritual growth in everything you do

Accomplishments are measured by God in accordance to His law of love

And will reward, punish or exclude from His presence as all stand before His heavenly throne above

I pray your life will prove worthy of something more

Than just being led through Heaven's back door

How many lives have you helped along life's way

Will be revealed in Heaven on judgment day

For the servants of God rewards will be handed out

For by their acts of charity they know what the Bible is all about

I pray this wisdom will be revealed to you during the year

For in our agreement to be one with Him as we know His grace

The awe of it is just humbling to the mind

As by faith this heavenly path we will find

This path you began years ago when you gave your life to the Lord

Promises to be a life-long journey and in His presence you will not be bored

I pray a new era is in store for you

As Christ is the center of everything you think and do

I pray your focus on Christ will fulfill your need

For accomplishment and in the areas of life that matter, I pray you will succeed

And that in Heaven I pray your reward will be great

As living life separately in the world only leads to a destructive fate

I pray your heart's desire is to know the Lord better

And to understand the Bible, God's eternal love letter

To my special grandson I will always remember

That special day you were born in the month of September

On that day we saw the arrival of our next of kin

Even though he existed since December and didn't get to see him

We were given such a sweet little boy

And on that day God smiled as our hearts were filled with joy

Thanksgiving is a holiday in which the people with the voice raise

In unity of gratefulness the Father praise

Praise God with a thankful heart

With a grateful attitude each day start

Honor the Lord for His wisdom of love

A heart of trust that He governs from His throne above

Life is not always happy nor does it appear fair

But the scripture says God knows us down to the number of each hair

The Lord blesses with freedom, nourishment and a place to call home

Where family and friends gather to rejoice and songs of praise are sown

 

No matter what our problems or hardship life with Christ is always good

Because every single moment of our lives by the Creator is understood

Whether problems are Divinely sent or of our own making

Praise the Lord each day as we are waking

Blessings of this world are fleeting as in the deterioration of health

Old age, or young we all must enter eternity without earthly wealth

In this life we can walk alone each and every mile

Or walk with Christ and in our hearts there exists an eternal smile

Praise and blessings go hand in hand

With Christ and scripture for in salvation we understand

 

Jesus Christ was born one day in June on a starry night

One star in particular shone twinkling bright

Baby Jesus came to us from Heaven so far

Angeles were singing under Christ's radiant star

God, His Father was smiling down from Heaven on high

These were glorious signs in the heavenly night sky

Signs in the sky on the day Christ also was crucified and died

The sky turned dark as God, His Father cried

Christ's reign is forever and He is coming back on a white horse

To take us home with a league of angels, such a heavenly force

In the twinkling of an eye

The saints will all be raised into the sky

Glistening in robes of white

Signs in the heavens a wonderful sight

Until that time when in Heaven we all meet

In Christ's honor celebrating with a feast

With chariots of fire and horses of light

Your way into Heaven, they will not bar

The stars are numbered just like the sand

So are the hairs of your head as we understand

Is there a star named just for me

You ask God if you can see

As from the Son's light, so the stars reflect

So shine the light from your soul and the Holy Spirit do not reject

Remember to worship Christ in everything you do

Always tell the Lord I love you

Heaven's pathway and the soul's flame are guided by Christ's eternal light

You dear daughter will shine, glimmer and flicker in shimmering white

The Lord is coming to take you home

Never more in this world to roam

From Heaven's throne the Earth so far

One sign in the sky of Christ's return, a bright star

 

Praise and Thanksgiving to God during this hallowed season

Rejoicing because of Christ's sacrifice of flesh and blood, a joyous reason

Candlelight services, faithful vigilance in worship of Him Christmas Day

Remember the stable and tomb upon Christ birth and death He did lay

Glad tidings as we spread the good news that Jesus arose and upon His throne He awaits

For His bride to be united forever as the Bible clearly states

The Lords supper should be included in our annual celebration

Looked upon as an honor rather than a regulation

Partaking of unleavened bread and fruit of the vine

Purity vowed deep within

Promising God to live in righteousness setting aside all thoughts and desires of worldly sin

Abiding in His Spirit our love gift to Christ each mornings start

Daily treasures we receive from the Father are found inside our heart

Gifts of love and kindness to each with God saying well done

For a life of service to Him the final race has been won

A joyous union with Jesus we shall see

Safe and secure in heaven we will be

 

As Hanukkah approaches what offerings and sacrifices will we bring to God's altar

Vows of commitment and service so we shall not falter

As we come together this season, Jew and Christian alike let us pray

Father please transport us in the blink of an eye to our new heavenly array

Dedication to live with Christ we promise to you now

Please speak to each heart telling us how

Pleasing you is our only desire

Because Jesus is worthy of worship and kept us from eternal fire

Fiery darts that tempt to destroy the soul

Causing bitterness, anger and depression to sink into hell's black hole

The Lord Jesus or the devil, let us choose this day whom we shall serve

United shout the Messiah Jesus so it can be heard

Our loyalty, our lives, hearts of pure love

Working side by side on Earth and one day in heaven above

Let us live an earthly life focused on Christ and His way

As we realize Christmas and Hanukkah are really the same day

 

This sacred contract of salvation with God should never be taken lightly

If we desire to see the face of God shining so brightly

Our disregard of Him in our daily lives hurts His heart and disappointment will show

In His Eyes and deep pain will pierce His heart, even though you may not know

Life is precious and should be holy everyday

Through sincere repentance and renewed faith to the Lord we can say

I love you more than I love myself and this sinful world of man

Let every evil desire and thought the Holy Spirit ban

Access to our every thought, emotion and desire is God's eternal right

Abiding in this special bond we have spiritual sight

Continually stay linked in a relationship with Him today and forever

Hearts, minds and souls linked to God every minute we breathe

And upon judgment day eternal life we shall receive

Christ's love is our greatest gift

And throughout the holiday season

Do not let presents and shopping be your only reason

Wishing you all the love that you are due

And of course I know all of you will look exceptionally fine

Is better than idolatry over wrinkles and bulges that make the world cry

Everyday our appearance changes as we age

But the benefits of spiritual maturity far outweighs

We must walk by faith and not by sight

And open our spiritual eyes so the beauty of eternity is worth the fight

The fight of the flesh to preserve it forever

Instead of the soul and spirit which are eternal and the priority should be much heavier

As we age everyone else upon the Earth is on a parallel course with us

God asks us to age gracefully and not make too much a fuss

The secret of self acceptance is a thankful heart

This must be worked on daily and today is a good start

Do not fear age because young at heart you can forever be

I hope you will find humor in aging with me

 

I learned this philosophy from ancestors galore

Where laughter and joy God will bless your soul even more

God has bless you with a husband much older than you

Given to each other to love from the very first look you knew

Mellowed with age, balancing your youth and brining balance to life

Do not allow the devil to upset the balance with anger and strife

Few during this era seem to find and stick with their soul mate

You found each other and Christmas Eve is the date

I hope this wedding anniversary will bring a daily renewed strength

To carry on whether you feel distant from love but go to any length

To say I love you and have Christ by your side

And in His presence from the devil continually hide

I hope you enjoy long walks, holding hands and gazing into each other's eyes

Feeling the thrill of love and whispering I love you with joyful sighs

Do not allow too much of the world to get in the way

Of family nurturing where only gentleness and kindness are in the words that you say

You can do all these things yet somehow the other does not the emptiness fill

Only the Almighty can reach these depths, so be quiet and be still

A family united humbly together whether in abundance or times of need

With righteousness living will reach the Heart of God with love indeed

I pray your family will not be torn apart

Until it is time to arrive in eternity and from this Earth you do depart

Sunshine in our heart

From our hearts our love for you cannot be torn

The joy for you as your parent's brand new son

Has presented each of you a new journey that has just begun
