There's a post at http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/nov2008/jhoyle117-2.htm stating that the Occult believes that the rapture will happen shortly after the AC is revealed.  My response?

 

 

"And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead? To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" (Isa 8:19-20)

 

I doubt Satan knows if there will be a rapture or if it will happen before or after the AC is revealed.  He's probably just guessing and using the stand that is easiest to change.  After all, if there is a rapture shortly before the AC is revealed, they could just change their story that those people had to be removed to prepare the way because they wouldn't accept him.  If no rapture happens, big deal....the satanists will simply think we haven't hit that point yet and there's lots more time left.  Satan is simply going to teach the easiest thing that will work if it is wrong when he doesn't know.

We need to base our decisions on what the word says, not what occultic spirits say.  We should not assume they are right and we should not assume they are wrong and believe the opposite.  We should just ignore their teachings altogether.
