"Another passage about a witness"

Dear John and Doves,
We have long studied the passages in Revelation and Zechariah about the two witnesses.  There is much there to give clues about their identities.  One that seems most possible is Moses (water to blood).  Elijah is another possibility (Mal. 4).  But there are some who hold to Enoch as one who is to return.  I don't know for certain which is correct, but I know the Scriptures are reliable and worthy of all acceptation.
There is one other passage that seems to indicate there may be another witness:
Is 55:4,  Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people.
This passage is not referring to the King (of kings) but a king (small k).
There are other passages referring to a person having charge over Israel before Yeshua returns to set up his everlasting throne.
Search them out; they are there.
BTW: best to use the Authorized Version if you want true Scripture with the Spirit of the Holy One.
Every word written or spoken has a spirit behind it, for good or ill. The most prayer associated with a "translation" was invoked over this English version (7th English, another btw, see Ps.12:6, The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.)  So many of the others have an agenda to cover one's pet sins, or try to pervert G-d's Holy Word.
PS. Just to be clear, I am not a pre-trib rapture believer but love all of you and appreciate all you do to encourage study in G-d's Holy Word.
Shalom,
