Does anyone know if the reconstruction of Babylon is still on going?
 I know Hussein was rebuilding it before the war. So I was wondering if the US & perhaps other countries have taken it upon themselves to continue the project. Given the prophetic significance of Babylon for the end times, it would seem that the UN would have an interest in completing it.
I have always thought that Zech. 5 deals with this & maybe the UN will have a part in establishing itself in Babylon, perhaps after the US is destroyed & the UN will need to find a new place to exist. Seems like a perfect spot for the UN. The description of the woman in the basket ( Wickedness ) fits the UN to a tee.
Any thoughts on this?
