I realize you did not address your question to me, but please allow me to try to clear up some of the confusion on my post about a global tax. (And I must say I did enjoy our brother's "pun intended" comment about my post. Very appropriate.)
 
"And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed." Luke 2:1
 
Because of this decree Jesus was born in Bethlehem instead of where Mary and Joseph lived. This was Jesus First Coming. What I believe God was speaking to Pastor Bennett was that the timing of the Second Coming would be when a decree went out from a World Orginization once again that all the world should be taxed, a global tax. This has not happened yet but has been proposed for years. The United Nations has fought for this but so far has failed to bring it to pass. Some day it will happen.
 
Sometimes we can mix up the Second Coming and the Rapture. Perhaps I should have been more clear about what I said. I believe God's message was about the Second Coming, but giving a clue to the Rapture. You are right in that all the nations are taxed now. However, we do not have a World tax again yet. My point was when we see this World (global) tax implemented from one Orginization the Rapture is imminent because the Second Coming is so close. This could be seven years or less depending on your belief in the timing of the Rapture.
