§        Matthew 9: 35-38

(v. 35)  And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. (v. 36)  But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. (v. 37)  Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; (v. 38)  Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

§        Hebrews 9: 16-28

Key Verses

Hebrews 9: 22-28 (v. 22)  And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. (v. 23)  It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. (v. 24)  For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: (v. 25)  Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; (v. 26)  For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. (v. 27)  And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (v. 28)  So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

(v. 11)  And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

  (v. 12)  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. (v. 13)  And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.   (v. 14)  And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. (v. 15)  And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

§        Psalm 139: 13-20

Key Verses

Psalm 139: 13-16 (v. 13)  For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. (v. 15)  My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

(v. 16)  Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

(v. 27)  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (v. 28)  And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (v. 29)  And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. (v. 30)  And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. (v. 31)  And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

§        Genesis 2: 4-7, 15, 18 and 21-25

(v. 04)  These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, (v. 05)  And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. (v. 06)  But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. (v. 23)  And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. §        2 Timothy 2: 1-26

And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. (v. 20)  But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. §        Romans 15: 1-7

(v. 1)  We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. (v. 2)  Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification. (v. 4)  For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. (v. 5)  Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: (v. 6)  That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. (v. 7)  Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.

§        James 1: 19, 22, 27

James 1: 19 (v. 19)  Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:   James 1: 22 (v. 22)   But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.   James 1: 27 (v. 27)  Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
