Thank God I wasn’t driving when I heard this… I was crying my eyes out listening to that precious little boy!  Adults should take a lesson from him!  When he was talking about God giving up His Son too, it brought to mind something that happened many years ago.  I had become email buddies with Brother Sal Smario, whom some of you know from his website, before he began touring, etc.  A matter of months after we began writing one another, his son died, and he and his wife Shirley were so very devastated, as you can well imagine.  I asked the Lord to help me write a poem to Brother Sal and Shirley that might help ease some of their pain at their loss, and the result was “God Lost His Son, Too”, which I will share with you as soon as I can get Richard to email it to me from home.  For some reason, I never posted it to my site!  Go figure!  <<grins>>
