In the years 2003 and 2004 the European Union (immediate forerunner to the Revived Roman Empire of Daniel 2) developed something called the "European Neighborhood Policy".  To find out a lot of detail about this, type in your search engine "European Union" and then find the information about the European Neighborhood Policy.  The basic idea of this is to bring the Middle Eastern nations (Israel and a lot of Arab nations) under the "umbrella" of the European Union in order to stabilize the region.  Now look at the Daniel 9:27 covenant:  "And he (the antichrist--false prince of Daniel 9) will make a firm covenant WITH THE MANY for one week (7 years), ......"  When I first learned about the European Neighborhood Policy, "WITH THE MANY" was the first thing that came to my mind!  At the upcoming Annapolis Middle East Peace Summit, a European Union delegation will be present.  I think there are about 49 delegations coming to the summit, and most of the Arab nations are coming.  IF IT IS TIME FOR THE DANIEL 9:27 COVENANT (only the Lord knows), the Rapture will occur, the antichrist will come onto the world stage, and the Daniel 9:27 covenant will be made!  Let us hope that this is the time--Christmas will be in heaven!
