Who are Jesus and David's enemies in Psalm 69?

I have always received a word from God when I have opened the bible at
random, after asking for guidance.

during the night of October 30-31, early in the morning, I asked for
guidance without a specific question, aware that I needed help but not
know exactly what.  It was part of something else I asked prayer for on
Doves, the increased sickness now hitting porphyria sufferers
worldwide, in Wales, England, Australia, S. Africa, and America.  I
know of these people through my porphyria support groups online.

Psalm 69 speaks of David being assaulted by his enemies, seemingly
without hope, and also refers to being offered gall and vinegar to
drink, foreshadowing Christ's cross.

But then it goes on to describe the complete squashing and annihilation
which David's enemies will experience, so bad that it makes one quail.
And I wonder who are these enemies specifically, as they are not
spelled out in detail in Psalm 69.  Not the "usual suspects" attacking
the Land, but seemingly personal attackers of David's person.

I can't understand it fully but one person I spoke to, a Bible student,
said that it was the PTB.  Those in high places having attacked us in
some stealthy way or perhaps not so stealthy?

Chemtrails and other pollutants let loose?  Something more hidden than
these?  We have many chemtrails the last weeks, after them being gone
many months.  Big thick ones.  And of course, controlled burning to
prevent forest fire.

I have many small red itchy spots developing, which is usually a sign
of too much sun, a problem for sun-sensitive porphs.  But I've been
rigorously covered by two layers of sun-protective cloth when outside.
Is the sun getting even more vicious in its attack, its heat and light
and magnetic pulsing?

It is unknown to us, but it is nearly overcoming.  Praying for strength
for us to hang on.  And for all in attack to hang on, as I know it must
extend beyond our little worldwide group.
