Thank you for your post yesterday on the NIV.  I sent something last week on roughly the same thing.  I love the KJV and it’s the only Bible version that I will read.  It just speaks volumes of power to me.  Some of the modern translations of the Bible scare me a bit.  They have omitted words and entire verses.  Would you want to read a Bible that omits the word JEHOVAH several times.  Not me!  Try explaining that to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.   Would you take a magic marker and cross out verses and words in your Bible?  I don’t think so.  Now……. I’m not saying that all different versions of the Bible are corrupt, but I am saying that people need to make sure the Bible that they are reading does not contain such omissions that would make the Lord very unhappy.  Food for thought.
