The other list I am on will not enlighten anyone, but they occasionally have posts that are interesting and that I pass on to the Doves. I am not a poster there; but the emails come directly to my inbox, so occasionally an interesting headline shows up. I also am not enlightened as to the world markets or financial issues.  But, I passed along that one because it sounded dire, and I hoped someone who did follow the dollar could interpret it.
 
The article forwarded to that list appears to have been one written by a Edgar J. Steele. You might google that name and see if you can find out anymore info.  Good luck.
