You are spot on Rene.  Not to mention the fact that the symbol of the EU is a woman (Europa) riding a beast (Zeus) over the waters (when Zeus seduced Europa, a nymph aka harlot, and took her to Crete)  This is the exact symbol that the EU has chosen.
 
Just look at the Euro it has Europa on the beast with a golden cup in her hand.  The Bible is literal, if you wait on the Lord He will show us exactly what it says.  The whole problem with the rapture timing and replacement theology stems from man getting ahead of God.  We have only to wait, be still, and know the He is God and His will will be done.
