I haven't read this re Choo but I would have to say that there are many forms of torment in hell. I do not think that these people can be saved. I just think that there are other tortures. Remember Jesus said that those who teach the word and disobey it would receive greater stripes, in other words their torment would be worse. This is logical and fair.
