Dear Jean and Doves:
 
Since Hanukkah begins from Kislev 24, it goes over to the month of Tevet during 8 days of Hanukkah. Why did God design it this way? Tevet was the month when Esther became the queen instead of Vashti. (Esther 2: 16-17) Esther represents the Bride of Christ.
