"Kay's letter"

Kay, thank you for your insightful letter.  I have been wrestling with Nita Johnson's letter all day because it is so opposite of what I think and feel.

We are responding to Annapolis according to our perception of fairness.  It is unfair.  All of these big guys ganging up on the little one and demanding his "lunch money" so to speak.  I am ashamed of President Bush and Condi Rice for their role in this farce.

I agree with you we need to pray for God's will to be done and for His Peace in Israel and in Jerusalem.

"I don't know about tomorrow,
I just live from day to day;
I don't borrow from its sunshine,
For its skies may turn to gray.
I don't worry o'er the future,
For I know what Jesus said;
And today I'll walk beside Him,
For He knows what lies ahead.

Every step is getting brighter
As the golden stairs I climb;
Every burden 's getting lighter,
Every cloud is sliver-lined.
There the sun is always shining,
There no tear will dim the eye;
At the ending of the rainbow,
Where the mountains touch the sky.

I Don't know about tomorrow,
It may bring me poverty;
But the one who feeds the sparrow,
Is the one who stands by me.
And the path that is my portion,
May be through the flame or flood;
But His presence goes before me,
Ane I'm covered with His blood.

Many things about tomorrpw
I don't seem to understand;
But I know who holds tomorrow,
And I know who holds my hand."

Matthew 10:31

The words of that chorus have been going through my mind and I have been humming that song today.
