in addition to various vision in December 1997, i felt like the Lord
also told me things about the future, which did in fact come to pass.
these were not visions, but simply information spoken to my spirit.

at the time, i thought some of them were quite odd, and i have no idea
why certain things were told to me over others.

1) Terrorist Attack on the USA.

i clearly remember doing a word study in the Bible, sitting beside my
bed. i was looking at Strong's word 698 hebrew. Ambush.

the Lord clearly told me that Arab terrorists were going to strike the
continental USA. a terrorist attack on the USA homeland was going to
happen - at some point in the future. I remember standing up in a daze,
trying to grasp this information.

this shocked me, and i didn't really get the impact of it until 9-11 was
over.

9-11 fulfilled this word from God.

2) Mechanical Failure in Florida

The Lord said that Florida was in 'danger'. this is a judgment word.
along with this danger, there was to be a problem with some mechanical
devices in Florida. satan was behind the trouble and that he had
purposefully involved himself in these mechanical devices. literal
'machines' of some kind.

i thought at the time that this was bizarre and peculiar.

this was fulfilled in the election year of 2000 when the voting machines
in Florida produced 'hanging chads' and that the election results were
thrown into turmoil and hotly contested between Al Gore and George Bush.

3) The Treasure Hidden under the North Pole.

The Lord said over and over again that week that there was a treasure
hidden or buried under the North Pole, under the ice. something of great
value. i wondered if what was hidden there would be discovered, but i
simply could not comprehend what it could possibly be. i doubted whether
i had actually heard that correctly.

i puzzled over this for almost 10 years until this year, 2007. looking
back on it, the most peculiar thing is that i wasn't smart enough to
figure it out!

under the North Pole are vast underground fields of oil and natural gas.
sovereignty over these territories is being contested by Russia, Denmark
(Greenland) and Canada and who knows who else. exploration of these
areas is now easier due to the Northwest Passage opening up.
