As each day passes, I don't think it can get any more nuts, but then it
does! Now, today, the Syrians are graciously accepting the invite to
Annapolis, but only if Israel (Washington) capitulates on every item,
including long settled ones (at least the whole world thought they were
settled) - give back all the Golan Hgts. AND, just for good measure,
territory captured from Lebanon such as the Shabaa Farms area.

So let me get this straight, for peace to break out, all Israel has to do
is UNILATERALLY give back the West Bank, the Temple Mount, Jerusalem, the
Golan Heights, Shebaa Farms and also allow for the return of "refugees".
And the Arabs? All I read is that our buddies the Saudis are going to
attend to make sure the Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinians' security isn't
compromised.

And everyone on this side of the ocean is still keeping a straight face
while calling it a "Peace Conference". It's gotten so unbelievable and
bizarre that I've run out of adjectives. It is so completely and totally
unfair the only thing I can think of to top it would be Jesus' "trial".
Maybe that's the point, but I think God may very well just take care of
things Himself next week without any human help. It just wouldn't
surprise me if some hitherto unknown rogue asteroids suddenly visited
Damascus, Washington DC/Annapolis and maybe the Gaza Strip. BUT, I do
know He's got it all under control.
