"Regarding the comments on
the Geneva Bible"
I noticed the comments on the Geneva Bible today.
I seem to recall that the Geneva Bible has a different
eschatology (end times) than what is espoused on this website, so I thought
I would caution you all about it, in case someone wants to investigate
that further.
If I recall rightly, the Geneva Bible does not have a
"futurist viewpoint" of Revelation, but rather, conveys the idea that the
prophecies in Revelation have already taken place (Historicist? Preterist?)
Therefore, it does not support the thought of a rapture, a future for Israel,
etc...
Just thought I would send a word of caution. I hope someone
will check this out, as I do not have my sources presently in front of
me. Thank you.
You have a great site. Very uplifting and encouraging
to watch for Him daily! Thank you for all of the work you do.
Sincerely,
Amy
