I have always wanted to write like J.R.R. Tolkien & CS Lewis where they take Biblical concepts and through the tool of fiction are able to imagine and explore what our future will soon be like with God. 

In studying the Bible cover to cover, I’ve found Crowns, Wings & Banners, also Serpents, Scorpions and Shape shifters…Romance, Adventure, Battles and Wars, Redemption…you name it – it’s there.  All great stories and movies that have really hit Home (Hebrews 11) in our hearts, bear real deep truths in them.  We can know this, as Satan really has never created anything but rebellion and pride and YHWH is the creator of all great, wonderful and perfect things.

At the mountain tops we get a chance to see all that was behind, and all that potentially lay ahead.  Of course, we can only see ahead by that which God reveals, but he has given us such rich resources and the abundant treasure of knowing him.  I am excited to explore ahead – yes even through the valleys.
