"An animal poem"

Hi Doves,

Well we are still here (so far...) so I thought this little poem
might brighten things up for all the animal lovers. I especially
wanted to share it because of the beautiful picture of the
white peacock. Please enjoy. Anyone who wants to has my
permission to copy this for your own use.   Your Sis, Shelva

BY HIM WERE ALL THINGS CREATED

It is the LORD that teaches the birds to sing.
From their little mouths His praises ring.

It is the LORD that made Leviathian of the sea.
He plays and swims at his Creator's knee.

The LORD made the peacock his colors to show.
He spreads his tail feathers until they glow.

God made the dog to teach us to forgive.
If we watch him, we will know how to live.

It is our Father that feeds the birds of the air.
They look to Him and have not a care.

The LORD lays the lion in his den at night.
He waits on the LORD knowing all is right.

It is the LORD that made some of them for food.
As He finished He pronounced them "very good."

He made the lowly donkey to carry his load.
Upon his back the LORD Jesus rode.

Jesus will return on a horse snowy white
To give to the world His eternal Light.
