This is probably trivia but I have just discovered that the element Mercury is made from the ore cinnabar. So says Encarta.
 
This is the precise name of the colour of my car which I have owned for very nearly five years now. I had always wondered about that strange name. Now I know. And yes, it is a sort of burnt orange colour.
 
Sometimes I had thought that I should change the car but always returned to the idea that it would last me until Jesus calls me away!
