I don't know if you've been following the progress of Joni's unborn grandbaby who was only 22 weeks along when she first began writing me.  Well, baby Philip went to be with the Lord yesterday (see either my Prayers for Illness or Prayers for Comfort pages for the story), and they are in desperate need of funds to bury him.  See email below from Caring Hearts.

Hi  everyone...I have  a  huge  favor  to  ask  of  those  who  can  help..As  you  know,  I  never  suggest  in  donating  any  money...but  this  is  for  the  family  of  Joni..who  I  have  known  on  here  for  sometime  now..and  as  you  know,  joni  just  lost  there  precious  little  grandson  Philip,  This  was  my  idea,  not  Joni's...They  do  not  have,  insurance,  or  the  money  to  give  baby  Philip  a  funeral...they  have  no  funds  what  so  ever  for  the  funeral  expences..and  as  most  of  you  know, this  is  very  expensive...
 
Where  I  live..you  have  to  have  the  plot,  and  the  money  for  the  excuse  how  I  say  this..the  grave  diggers,  before  they  will  do  anything...So  please,  if  any  of  you  could  send  even  a  dollar  or  two  to  help  them  through  this  awful  time...they  would  appreciate  it  so  much..and  remmeber  Joni,  never  even   hinted  for  this  help,  it  was  all  my  idea...here  is  her  son's  adress...
