"Tis the Christmas Season"
Christmas Day is drawing near, carolers are going
door to door. People are out shopping for bargains in each store. Christmas
lights twinkle each night, lighting up the darkened sky. Music fills the
air around, proclaiming Jesus Christ on high
Trees are decorted with such care, ornaments are hung
on each limb. People gather in a nearby church, where they sing such beautiful
hymns.Presents are wrapped in colorful paper, adorned with ribbons and
bows. Stockings are hung on the fireplace mantle, and from doorways hang
mistletoe
Snowflakes gently start to fall, covering the ground
in a shade of white. Making everything look so pristine, creating such
a beautiful sight. But these days prior to December 25th should not cause
you to forget. That Christ was born on Christmas Day, and with His life,
He paid our eternal debt !!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As we begin to celebrate the joyous Christmas season.
Let us not forget what is most important : that " Jesus
is the Reason for The Season " . Without Jesus, there would be no
Christmas to enjoy. He is what this joyful season is all about. Jesus came
two thousand years ago to be the sacrifical lamb, so all mankind may have
a way into Heaven. Soon he will be coming once again, this time as the
King of kings and Lord of Lords. To rule and reign over this world. Christmas
reminds us of His 1st Coming, and very soon to celebrate His 2nd Coming
!!!
have a Blessed Day, Gary
