"Alphabets and clues"

This thought just came to me: the 3 alphabets also point to the date November 8, 2006. While reading John Tng's rapturette for today, Nov 4, I realized the following:

The Hebrew alphabet has 22 letters, or 2 x11: 11th month, 2 signifies separation or division

The Greek alphabet has 24 letters, or 3 x 8: the 8th day, 3 signifies the Trinity

The English alphabet has 26 letters: 1 x 26, the year 2006, 1 signifies unity

Are these 3 alphabets that are connected to the Bible, through the languages it was written in and most commonly read today, giving us a clue that we will be separated from the world and united with the Trinity on Nov 8, 2006?

As an afterthought, John Tng made this statement in the same post:

Lest we forget too that the stargazers and the numbers guys -- the Three Magi, depended on the guidance of the Star of Bethlehem in order to find Christ and paid homage to Him in the manger.

For those scoffers who would mock the use of numerics in finding clues to the Lord's return as being extra-biblical, how do you think the Wise Men knew Who to look for? They were probably well acquainted with the scriptures that Daniel studied, as well as Daniel's own writings, as they were from the Persian court. According to Wikipedia:

The word Magi is a transliteration of the Greek magos (μαγος pl. μαγοι), which is a derivative from Old Persian Magupati. The term is a specific occupational title referring to the priestly caste of a distorted form of Zoroastrianism, known as Zurvanism. As part of their religion, these priests paid particular attention to the stars, and gained an international reputation for astrology, which at that point was a highly regarded science, only later giving rise to aspects of mathematics and astronomy, as well as the modern practice of fortune telling going by the same name. A clearer indication of their astrological credentials is in the phrase translated in the King James Version of the Bible as enquired of them diligently, which is actually a Greek technical word referring directly to astrology, with no direct translation into English. Their religious practices and astrology caused derivatives of the term magi to be applied to the occult in general, namely this is the origin of the word magic. (My note: just because this web source tells us that in later times and even today, the magi were connected to astrology and magic, that does not mean that they were into the occult. Many use the terms astronomy, God's science of studying the heavens, and astrology, the devil's counterfeit, interchangeably.)

Daniel used numbers to count the days, knowing the very day that the exile would end. He was given the prophecy of the very day that Messiah the Prince would come. The magi were searching the heavens because they knew in advance Who to look for and when. They counted days. They looked for signs in the heavens, and they probably searched for clues and found them in a manner similar to how the wise men of our own day are finding them. The religious leaders of Jesus's day were also well acquainted with the same scriptures, yet because they did NOT know that their Messiah had come in the flesh, Jesus criticized them greatly. They had not been looking in the right places.

Those who would scoff at these numeric "coincidences" have been guilty in the past of the very thing they are accusing our brothers of: predicting dates and events based upon their own studies, which later passed as uneventful. Should November 8, 2006 pass by with nothing earth-shattering taking place, we watchers will continue to watch. All the passed dates in the past have been instructional in how to look for clues, and to point us toward THE DAY, to encourage us that we are on the right path and nearing our destination.

   Titus 2: 11- 15 tells us:

"For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee."

Hebrews 9: 28:  "So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation."

Do you suppose that He will only appear to those who look for Him? Is that why the foolish virgins, who are not ready, and not looking for Him, will miss His coming?
