Hi John and Doves. It is now a year since I first posted several pieces on
Five Doves about the rising Islamic Empire in the Middle East. Since then, I
have revised and expanded the subject matter into a booklet. It has been
prepared on Windows 2000, using bookfold set-up, and manual duplex print
commands. I'm not sure how it will "travel" because there are several maps
within the chapters, so I intend to post a chapter at a time over the next few
