Also APPENDIX A which contains "Apocalyptic terminology" explanations and
deals with the "little horn" of Daniel 7 and the Kingdom of the Jews.  There
are also NOTES at the end of this appendix.

APPENDIX B deals with the "seven heads and the names of blasphemy".
