From eight to infinityI am a frequent (six days a week) viewer of Five Doves, but only a rare contributor. I very much appreciate the information on the website, and the passion for Our lord Jesus Christ and for His Jewel Israel. I have followed the many pointers to 8/11/2006 (11/8/2006 in Australia). I wanted to share the following. I was at a combined churches prayer meeting in the Great Hall at Parliament House in Canberra where I live (evening of 31 October). While in worship I felt the Holy Spirit rolled the 8 over and it became an infinity symbol. This reinforced prophetic insights that I have had through the years, especially through revelation from the Word of God, about the 'exponential curve' of His end time purposes.
I then moved to the question - is infinity in the Word. The answer, for the Amplified Bible, is yes - Ephesians 3:20,21. This could even be seen as a 'definition' of infinity - where words alone do not seem enough to describe God's power. An edited excerpt from these two verses (Amplified) follows: 'Now to Him Who…is able to do superabundantly, far over and above all that we dare ask or think - infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thought, hopes or dreams…To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever!!
I long for the rapture and recognise that the timing is His - but my 'dream' is for a transformation of His church through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and an 'Elijah' ministry that will bring the revival rains! The nation of Australia is in the grip of one of the worst droughts on record, and one that I believe presages both natural and spiritual rain in abundance! The truest context for Ephesians 3:20 is the glory of a crucified and risen Christ revealed in His church.
2006 has come, but not yet gone and I know that His purposes are about to unfold rapidly - an imminent and sharp shift in the inflection on the end times exponential curve! As emphasised on Five Dives and in the work of Daniel Matson and others - 8 November 2006 is 40 360 day years from Jerusalem's Day on 7 June 1967. This is a pivotal date. A close family member, who looks for and loves His appearing said some wise words (from Jesus' perspective) - I don't send revival, I come myself. That is, I am sure, how those in the upper room felt on the Day of Pentecost, through the power of the Comforter. Revival (in its purest form) is part of His return - and the rapture - well, I can only imagine.
