"Esther's Rapture - December???"

Esther Rapture Model

* this is not intended to be date setting, but rather Watching for Jesus!

The book of Esther has lots to offer in the study of the coming Rapture.  Consider the following unique elements related to the book:

v     Esther is a book in the Bible that does not mention God in its entirety.  This may be a likeness to today, where one can hardly mention God in a increasingly secular World.  We live in a day and age where one must utilize a very high level of Spiritual discernment.

v     King Xerxes (meaning ruler over Kings) gave a banquet lasting 7 days (wedding feast).

v     Queen Vashti does not want to come before the King and shall be replaced (Satan?).

v     Then a search went out to bring all the beautiful virgins before the King so that he may find a replacement suitable to be Queen.

v     Esther is a gentile name.  So Esther is a hidden Jew.  Mordecai’s name may mean Warrior.

v     Before a virgin could go in before the King she had to complete 12 months of beauty treatments.

v     Esther asked Hegai the King’s Unich what she should take before the King (representative of the Bride of Christ and the Holy Spirit)

v     Esther 2:17 “Now the King was attracted to Esther more than to any of the other women, and she won his favor and approval more than any of the other virgins.  So he set a royal crown on here head and made her queen instead of Vashti.”

v     Esther 2:18 “And the King gave a great banquet, Esther’s banquet, for all his nobles and officials…”

Esther 2:16 “She was taken to King Xerxes in the royal residence in the tenth month, the month of Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.”

v     Tebeth is somewhere between December and January in our day.

v     Hanukkah is December 26th this year.

v      Last year the Tsunami was on December 26th

v     The Day after Christmas, Christian’s most widely celebrated and recognized holiday.

v     Potentially Jesus’ conception date.  Many biblical scholars agree that the true birth of Jesus may have been in September.  It is known that Christmas was not the date, but moved to cover over Pagan holidays and/or to appease Pagans regarding their celebration depending on how you see this.  Either way recognizing God’s Sovereignty and orchestration in all things – he may have once again pull the “wool” (pardon the pun) over Satan’s eyes once again causing the celebration of Jesus not to be at his birth, but rather at his conception.  This may show God’s idea of when life starts (in stark contrast to the World view) and also when our redemption truly began – in Mary’s womb, at conception.

v     Also, Jesus says in Matthew 24 “Pray that your flight does not take place in winter…”  Those raptured would not have to worry about this flight, but rather those left behind.  So indeed – “Pray that your flight does not take place in winter…”

v     December 26th would be 1 year (Esther’s beauty treatment time – 12 months) to come before the King of Kings!

v     The book of Esther goes on to detail other aspects of the tribulation and Armageddon.

v     Haman, standing for Satan’s agent the anti-christ, sets forth a plot (obtaining a written law that is irrevocable) to kill all the Jews and deceives the King in order to get his signature on it.

v     Esther and Mordecai learn of the plot and Esther must go before the King.  Normally going before the King uninvited is punishable by death.  Esther goes before the King and he extends his scepter, though she may die if he does not (Jesus’ death and Grace the only things making us truly worthy before the throne).

v      The King honors Mordecai in the presence and even at the expense of Haman.

v     Esther invites the King and Haman twice to a feast to tell the King of the plot by Haman to kill all the Jews.  Psalm 23 “…you prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies…”  followed by “…you anoint my head with oil, my cup runneth over, surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”

v     Evil Haman is hung on the gallows he intended for Mordecai.

v     Mordecai is given the King’s ring (fully empowered to make decisions) and Haman’s plan to destroy Esther and Mordecai’s people – the Jews is foiled.  However, the King cannot revoke his order (similar to God cannot revoke his word and Armageddon shall surely take place).  The King does give the right and empowers the Jews to defend themselves and they win a battle killing Haman’s sons (satan’s minions) and freeing themselves completely from the evil plot.  This is now celebrated by the Jews as Purim – March 25th this year.  March – in like a Lion out like a Lamb (conquering King ushering in peace) or will it be in like a Lamb out like a Lion (Jesus originally came in as a Lamb to the slaughter, but will come back as the Lion of Judah)???

Anyway, beware the Ides of March (hee hee), and let’s see what happens this year around December 26th!!!

"For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." (1Thessalonians 5:9-11)

"Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth. I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on him my new name." Revelation 3:10-12

Luke 12:37

37It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. I tell you the truth, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them.

Luke 12:55-57

55And when the south wind blows, you say, 'It's going to be hot,' and it is. 56Hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and the sky. How is it that you don't know how to interpret this present time?
