BABYLON THE GREAT REVIVED

 

 

Daniel 4:30 The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?   While the word [was] in the king's mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, [saying], O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee.

The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men

 

You( NEBUCHADNEZZAR)  are the head of gold.

 

Daniel 5:30 That very night Belshazzar, the Babylonian king, was killed.

 

After you (NEBUCHADNEZZAR) shall arise another kingdom inferior to you,

Nebuchadnezzar is symbolic of the kingdom of Babylon

 

Daniel 5:31 And Darius the Median took the kingdom, [being] about threescore and two years old.

 

 Daniel 4:16 Let his (Nebuchadnezzars) heart be changed from man's, and let a beast's heart be given unto him; and let seven times pass over him. ----  while you live this way, until you learn that the Most High rules over the kingdoms of the world and gives them to anyone he chooses.

 

Daniel 5:5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote. ---- And this [is] the writing that was written, ( MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.

8th/Eighth Babylon the Great/ Nebuchadnezzar restored to throne

Daniel 4:34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion [is] an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom [is] from generation to generation:

Daniel 4:36 At the same time my reason returned unto me;---------- I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me. 

 

Revelation 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
