AN HISTORICAL ACCOUNT
This vision is a 2nd witness to the
Secular account, let us all
heed the leading of the Holy Spirit as
God's wisdom in Rev. 17:9 tells
us exactly where we are in His timeline.
A Biblical account with Daniel and John's vision
in Revelation is to follow. ALL THREE VISIONS may put
us between a "rock
and a hard place" is this IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE that
the tribulation starts in this current Presidential term?
Therefore let’s
not let the "traditions of men" hinder the Holy
Spirit and put the blood of Ezekiel 33:6 on our hands.

These visions could
not have been interpreted had not the Holy Spirit
opened my eyes to
Rev. 17:9-10 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven
heads are seven mountains on which the woman
sits. 10) And there are seven kings:
five are fallen, and one is,
and the other is
not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a
short space.
This vision has many parallels to
Daniel 7 and Revelation 6, let’s call this the Historical account
EZRA'S VISION, MY (COMMENTS IN BRACKETS)
II Esdras 11:1-46 On the second night I had a dream, and behold,
there came up from
the sea an eagle that had TWELVE
feathered WINGS and THREE
HEADS.
(The twelve and three of C. Alan Martin’s
vision show themselves in the very 1st
verse of this Historical account. The eagle is dually fulfilling
the role of antichrist and the fourth kingdom
in this vision. As the antichrist he subdues Clinton, Bush and
the not yet come, President Cheney
of Rev. 17:10. Understanding Daniel 7:24 and Rev 13:2 is the key).

(Count the 12 feathers,
3 large flow in the back, 7 about the same size and 2 shorter feathers)
2) And I looked, and behold, she
spread her wings over all the earth, and all
the winds of heaven blew upon her, and the clouds were
gathered about her. 3) And I looked,
and out of her feathers there grew opposing feathers; but they
became little feathers and small.
4) But her (3) heads
were at rest; the MIDDLE HEAD was greater than the other (2) heads, but SHE also
was at rest with them.
(IMPORTANT NOTE:
The word SHE is represented
as the eagle/antichrist in this vision or her kingdom and is always on the RIGHT, the
3 heads are Clinton, GW Bush is in the middle and Cheney.
It is important to keep this in perspective
as you go thru this historical account.)
5) And I looked,
and behold, the eagle flew with her feathers, to reign over the earth and over those
who dwell in it.
6) And I saw how
all things under heaven were subjected to her, and no one spoke against her, not even
one creature that was on the earth.
(Is there any question
as to whom this political, economic and military power represented as an eagle nation that reigns
over all the earth is pointing at?)
7) And I looked,
and behold, the eagle rose upon her talons, and uttered a cry to her feathers, saying,
8) "Do not all watch at the same time; let each sleep in his
own place, and watch in his turn;
(Go to chapter 12:17-18
below)
9) But LET THE HEADS
BE RESERVED FOR THE LAST." (Clinton, Bush Jr. and
VP Cheney) 10) And I looked, and behold, the voice did not come
from her heads,
but from the midst of her body. (Reserved
for the
last, fulfills Daniel 7:24)
11) And I counted
her opposing feathers, and behold there were EIGHT of them. (Since Jan 20, 1961 Presidents
Kennedy thru Clinton have been
working toward her destruction fulfilling Rev 17:17. Go to chapter
12:19-21 below.)
(Clinton, as the eighth king, fulfills Rev 17:17
just as the previous seven behind him and the two ahead
of him do. (#9 Bush Jr. and #10 Cheney) That fulfillment is the
"1-hour" of Rev. 17:12 a period covering
41 years and 243 days that covers the final 10 administrations).
12) And I looked,
and behold, on the right side (side of power) one feather arose, and it reigned over
all the earth. (The 1st of the original twelve, Herbert Hoover
March 3, 1929-33)
13) And while it
was reigning it came to its end and disappeared, so that
its place was not seen. Then the next feather (the 2nd of
original twelve Franklin Roosevelt)
arose and reigned, and it CONTINUED to reign a long time.
14) And while it
was reigning its end came also, so that it disappeared like the first. 15)
And behold, A VOICE SOUNDED, saying to it. 16) "Hear me, you who
have ruled the earth all this time;
I ANNOUNCE THIS to you before you disappear.
(This in my estimation
is one of two most IMPORTANT VERSES in the vision; the
"voice" sets a mark on President Roosevelt, announcing to
those
with eyes to see,
that he is a signpost giving
us THE TIMELINE AND COUNTRY this vision is prophesying)
17) After you NO
ONE shall rule as long as you,
or even half as long (Franklin Roosevelt was elected to a fourth term,
but died before serving 16 years!).
18) Then the third
feather (3rd of the original twelve Harry Truman) raised itself up, and held the rule
like the former ones, and it also disappeared.
19) And SO IT WENT
WITH ALL the remaining (of the original
twelve Presidents);
they wielded power ONE AFTER ANOTHER and then were never
seen again (not reelect able for another term as President).
20) And I looked,
and behold, in due course the feathers that followed (the last nine) also rose
up on the right side, in order to rule. There were some of them that
ruled, yet disappeared suddenly. (READ chapter 12:21 below);
21) and others of
them rose up, but did not hold
the rule. (The defeated opposing Democrat or Republican Party presidential
candidates)
22) And after this
I looked, and behold, the twelve feathers and THE TWO
LITTLE FEATHERS disappeared. 23) And nothing remained on the
eagle's body except the three heads
that were at rest and six little wings. (There time to be subdued
by and become substitutes for the antichrist, fulfilling Daniel 7:24 had come.)
24) And I looked,
and behold, two little feathers SEPARATED from the six and REMAINED UNDER THE HEAD
that was ON THE RIGHT side: the FOUR WINGS continued in their place.
(Clintons
eight years expired on Jan 20, 2001; he's the
"lion"
of Dan: 7:4 and these are those "wings being plucked" in the
text. He
goes under the eagle's
head on the right and disappears because
he has a FUTURE POSITION OF POWER
with the eagle/AC; note these are the SAME TWO FEATHERS of verse 22 above.)
RESULTS OF 2004
ELECTION PROPHESIED
We must remember these four wings continuing in their place ARE NOT
the bears/Bush or
the leopards/Cheney but are the FOUR WINGS OF A FOWL
found in Daniel 7:6 that are ON THE BACK of the leopard, They
want his job as President of the
United States.
25) And I looked,
and behold, these FOUR LITTLE FEATHERS
planned to set
themselves up and hold the rule. (Four wings of a fowl of Dan 7:6
chose to run against
Bush and Cheney
in the Democratic primaries)
26) And I looked,
and behold, one (a candidate/Clark) was set up, but suddenly disappeared (rejected/disqualified);
27) a second (candidate/Dean)
also, and this disappeared more quickly than the first.
28) And I looked,
and behold, the two that remained; (John
Kerry and John Edwards) were planning between
them to rein together (run
on same ticket against Bush/Cheney in 2004).
29) And while they
were planning, behold, one of the heads that were at
rest, the one that was IN THE MIDDLE awoke (Bush/the bear of Dan.
7:5); for it WAS GREATER than the
other two heads. (Bush is President at this time, Clinton is out of office and Cheney is his VP.)
30) And I saw how
the two heads (Clinton and VP Cheney the leopard) united with it (did not criticize
Bush), (When the Holy Spirit showed this vision to me in late
2003 I could not believe that Bill Clinton would not speak out against
GW but his heart bypass surgery quieted the mouth of the lion of
Daniel 7:4)
31) and behold,
the head turned with those that were with it, and it devoured the two little feathers that were planning to reign
(DEFEATED Kerry/Edwards
of verse 28 in the November 2004 election)
32) Moreover this
head (the bear/Bush) gained control of the whole earth,
and with much oppression dominated its inhabitants; and it had
greater power over the world than
all the wings that had gone before.
(Go to chapter 12:22-25
below)
(Not only did this
2500-year-old prophecy predict a Kerry/Edwards
ticket, it also prophesied a Bush victory over them!
The "dominating
its inhabitants" started right after his reelection
as he escalated
the Fallujah campaign in Iraq. The liberal left fear
what he can do with
his CONTROL OF BOTH HOUSES especially Supreme Court appointments, both of these
are "arrows" nationally
that I believe will only speed up
the fulfillment of the next verse.)
33) And after this
I looked, and behold, the middle head (BUSH/ the bear) also SUDDENLY DISAPPEARED, just as the wings had
done. (If he disappears he/Bush would fulfill Rev. 17:10 as the "is" or sixth to fall!)
34) But the two
heads remained, which also ruled over the earth and its inhabitants. (Cheney/leopard
is NOW President, the eagle is on
his right with Clinton under him)
35) And I looked,
and behold, the head on the right side (Eagle with Clinton under him) devoured the
one on the left (the leopard/Cheney, last US President, it looks as if the antichrist personally kills
Cheney; this makes perfect sense, by starting his reign as the “pale
horse”! He starts it off with “murder” killing the recently appointed President, the "short spaced"
now seventh to fall of Rev. 17:10!)
36) Then I heard
a voice saying to me, "Look before you and consider
what you see."
37) And I looked,
and behold, a creature like a lion (Lion of the tribe of Judah) was aroused out
of the forest, roaring; and I heard
how he uttered a man's voice to
the eagle,
and spoke, saying,
38) "Listen
and I will speak to you. The Most High says to you, 39)
Are you not the
one that remains of the four beasts (The 4 beasts of
Daniel 7:3-8 and
Rev 13:2-3), which I had made to reign
in my world (Rev
17:17), so that the end of my times might come through
them? (The "little horn" who plucks up three by
the roots in Daniel 7:8 are the
"four beasts" that God, the "I" in verse 38 above made
reign in His world so the end of His time
can come, throws the fourth into burning flame in Daniel 7:11 and
the "kingdom that shall not be destroyed" arrives in 7: 14-14!)
C. Alan Martin’s
SECULAR VISION with twelve houses
and the last three, ten through twelve becoming enveloped in a "dark
cloud" of subjugation
by the antichrist is followed by a place of judgment and a
Millennial
Kingdom to come parallels this HISTORICAL VISION perfectly.
40) You,
THE FOURTH that has come, have conquered all the beasts
(the three heads,
"he shall subdue three kings " Dan. 7:24) that HAVE
GONE BEFORE (the
lion, Clinton, the bear, Bush, and the leopard Cheney); and you have held sway
over the world with much terror, and over all the earth with grievous
oppression; and for so long
you have dwelt on the earth with deceit (since November 3, 1992, remember in C. Alan
Martin’s vision, in the ‘secular account’ that it was
with the 10th administration that he came through
the “back door”).
41) And you have
judged the earth, but not with truth; 42) for you have afflicted the meek and injured
the peaceable; you have hated those who tell the truth, and have
loved liars; you have destroyed the dwellings of those who brought
forth fruit, and have laid low the walls of those who did you no harm.
43) And so your
insolence has come up before the Most High and your pride to the Mighty One. 44) And
the Most High has looked upon his times, and behold, they are ended, and his ages are completed!
45) Therefore you
will surely disappear, you eagle, and your terrifying wings, and your most
evil little feathers, and your
malicious heads,
and your most evil talons, and your whole worthless body, 46) so that the whole earth, freed from your violence,
may be refreshed and relieved, and may hope for the judgment (justice) and mercy of Him who made her.
ANGELS INTERPRETATION
Chapter 12:1 While
the lion (of chapter 11:37) was saying these words to
the eagle, I looked 2) and behold the remaining head disappeared.
(The "left
one" who is Cheney, because the right one devoured it.) And the
two wings that had
gone over to it arose (Clinton,
to the eagle on the right in Daniel 7:4 it says “He beheld till
the wings thereof
were plucked")
and THEY set up to reign, and their reign
was brief (in
Israel) and full of tumult.
3) And I looked,
and behold, they also disappeared (the hidden lion and AC moved to Israel) and the
whole body of the eagle was burned, (the United
States is attacked and burned Rev. 17:16)
and the earth was
exceedingly terrified.
Then I awoke in
great perplexity of mind and great fear, and I said to
my spirit, 4) "Behold, you have brought this upon me, because you
search out the ways
of the Most High. 5)
Behold, I am still weary in mind and very weak in my spirit, and
not even a little
strength is left in me, because of the great fear with
which I have been terrified this night.
6) Therefore I will
now beseech the Most High that he may strengthen me
to the end."
7) And I said, "O
sovereign Lord, if I have found favor in thy sight, and
if I have been accounted righteous before thee beyond many
others, and if my prayer has indeed
come up before thy face, 8) strengthen me and show me, thy servant,
the interpretation and meaning of this terrifying vision,
that thou may fully comfort my soul.
9) For thou hast
judged me worthy to be shown the end of times and the last events of the times,"
10) He said to me, "This is THE INTERPRETATION of this vision which
you have seen: 11) the eagle
which you saw coming up from the sea is the fourth kingdom (Dan. 7:7-8, Dan. 7:19-21,
Dan. 7:23-25) which appeared in a vision
to your brother Daniel.
12) But it was not
explained to him as I now explain or have explained it to you. 13) Behold,
the days are coming when a kingdom shall arise on earth, and it shall
be more terrifying than all the kingdoms that have been before it.
14) And TWELVE KINGS
shall reign in it, one after another. 15) But THE SECOND that is to reign shall
hold sway for a longer time than any other of the twelve.
16) This is the
interpretation of the twelve wings that you saw.
17) As for your
hearing a voice that spoke, coming not from the eagle's heads but from the midst
of his body, this is the
interpretation:
18) In the midst
of the time (Sept-1968) of
that kingdom (half way between 1929 and 2008 or 79 yrs) great struggles shall arise (riots
and campus shootings inside our borders and the Vietnam
War outside), and it shall be in danger of falling; nevertheless
it shall not fall then, but shall regain its former power.
19) As for your
seeing eight little under feathers clinging to her wings, this is the interpretation:
20) EIGHT KINGS
(from the Kennedy inauguration of January 20, 1961 thru Clinton’s
last day January 20, 2001) shall arise in it, whose times shall be
short and their years swift; 21) and two of them shall perish when
the middle of its time (1968) draws near (President Kennedy died in
Nov.1963, President Johnson died in Jan.1973); and four shall be kept
for the time when its end (1993) approaches (President's Nixon, Ford,
Carter & Reagan.); but two shall be kept until the end (Bush
Sr. & Clinton).
22) As for your
seeing THREE HEADS at rest, this is the interpretation:
23) In its last days the Most High will raise up three kings
(Dan.7:4- 6,
(Pres. Clinton (Rev.6:2), Pres. Bush Jr. (Rev.6:4) and VP Cheney
(Rev. 6:5-6) and they shall renew
many things in it, and shall rule the earth 24) and its inhabitants
MORE OPPRESSIVLY than all who were before them; therefore they are
called the heads of the eagle (not to
be confused with
the eagles own head).
25) For IT IS THEY (the last three) who shall ACCOMPLISH
HIS wickedness and PERFORM
HIS last actions. (Dan. 7:24 the
antichrist
subdues these last three Presidents
telling them what to do while
they "substitute for him" while he dictates world policy behind
the scenes from
his seat in Washington D.C. while at the same time
preparing to set up his kingdom and entrance into
Israel!)
26) As for you're
seeing that the "great head" disappeared ONE OF THE KINGS SHALL DIE IN HIS BED, BUT IN AGONIES (G.W.Bush?).
If chapter 1:15
is the most important verse in this vision as to country and timeline then
verse 26 ABOVE should get our
attention ALSO as
a second witness to Revelation 17:10 it may be prophesying Bush as the "is"
and sixth to fall!!
27) But
as for the two who remained, the sword shall devour them. 28)
For the sword of
one (AC) shall devour the other (leopard/Cheney at destruction of America): but in
the last days he (AC) shall fall by the sword himself (sword of Messiah's
coming).
29) As for your
seeing TWO LITTLE WINGS PASSING OVER TO THE HEAD, WHICH WAS ON THE RIGHT SIDE, [30]
This is the interpretation: It is these (now reunited as the AC and false prophet (Clinton) in
Israel) whom the Most High has kept for the eagle's end (at
Armageddon); this was the reign which was brief and full of tumult, as you have seen.
31) "And as
for the lion (of tribe of Judah) whom you saw rousing up
out of the forest
and roaring and speaking to the eagle and reproving him for his unrighteousness, and
as for all his words that you have heard, 32) this is the Messiah whom the Most High has
kept until the end of days, who will arise from the posterity of
David, and will come and speak to them; he will denounce them for their ungodliness
and for their wickedness,
and will cast up before them their
contemptuous dealings.
33) For first he
will set them living before his judgment seat, and when he has reproved them, and then
he will destroy them. 34) But He will
deliver in mercy the remnant of
my people,
those who have been saved throughout my borders, and He will make them joyful until the end comes, the day of judgment, of which
I spoke to you at the beginning.
(The remnant is those who go into the wilderness
during the tribulation Rev 12:6, 14)
(The antichrist
has subdued one and is subduing his second this very
day continuing with
the third then I believe slaying him early in the tribulation)
