"HAVE YOU WONDERED ABOUT ME?..."

I knew in my heart, this will be the most precious
but arduous journey that I will ever embark on...I let the Holy Spirit
guide me. We prepared, and she quietly took her seat upon my back.
He lifted her up with a gentleness that I have never seen a human reflect.
I knew, that I was in charge of a very priceless cargo.
The journey was long. I tried my best to step lightly where
it was rocky. I tried not to swerve too hard if something was in my path.
We would stop and I often would wonder about the One inside. Would He know me
when I saw Him. Would He know that I carried Him. Would He be upset
at the bumpy, long ride. Would He know...
I pressed on, even though I knew she was exhausted and so was he, that led
me. We had to get there. The Holy Spirit sang, " There is not much time, for
Emmanuel, Emmanuel to come!" He lifted my heart and we kept going.
We passed by where He would be dedicated. The walls of it seemed empty
to me. "It won't be, once he makes his presence known!" I thought. I looked skyward, distracted. There it was, bright, shining, my beacon. I kept my mind on the objective of The Almighty! I was a soldier for Him! Nothing will keep me from delivering "His" cargo, precious and redeeming, to His intended destination. My back hurt, but she hurt worse. I could not comfort her. I could only stand still as he wiped the sweat from her brow and softly brushed her cheek with his soft beard. He love her greatly. We arrived in town, not knowing where The Father would lead. There was nowhere comforting. What!... Okay, I guess I will meet some fellow servants and get a good meal where we will stay. Whoa! Okay, no time now!...We all oohed and aahed, our mouths gaped open in utter amazement at what
The Almighty had done! This was it!  He was beautiful! Our Emmanuel! Put him Where? Oh okay.... I felt bad, I had just nibbled on what would be his bed! I was too distracted anyway...Did I mention, He was Beauuuutiful! I kicked up my heels and brayed...

...... as a donkey has never done before...And HE noticed.

**A most unlikely, unmentioned servant, sometimes has the most important duties!
