What are you saying, that YHVH is unjust?, that our God who cares for the sparrows as well as the hairs on our heads is unfair.
What exactly is the context in comparrison to what you are implying(even if uncounciously), and why did you not include the prior 2 verses, as well Psalms has something important to say on the subject, particularly 104v30

:Psa 104:16  The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
Psa 104:17  Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
Psa 104:18  The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.
Psa 104:19  He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
Psa 104:20  Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
Psa 104:21 ! ; The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.

Our Brother Paul says that i might win some to the Lord, why are you closing a door on those who may be what they call greenies or vegetarians.

Lastly, indeed the spirit of animals went down, but does it say to hell, no it does not, and our Lord makes it clear that paradise(Abrahams bosom) was down too read abot! Lazurus and the rich man in the Gospels.

I suppose i am saying take all scripture on a subject into consideration before you quote a single verse as being final on a subject, because surely a single verse can be final, but which way will it take us to be lesser or greater in His service.
